I made a pound cake this weekend just because.
It was inspired by a cake made by Joanne Choi of the blog WeekofMenus.
I used my standby pound cake recipe(minus 1/2 cup of sugar) and substituted plain yogurt in place of the milk to really make it over the top moist. I then added peaches and peach soaking syrup as she suggests.
People, this cake should be considered an illegal substance because it’s so good!
