So I suffer with self-induced ADHD. I let my mind go a million miles a minute, and then I end up getting nothing done because I start and stop several projects almost simultaneously.
It usually happens when I spend too much time by myself.
Hence my blog post today -I decided to make peach muffins last night. I even took a picture of the ingredients I was going to use.
Then I changed my mind. I decided to make blueberry peach coffee cake. I even took a picture of the added ingredient.
Then I changed my mind. I decided to make peach bread and add in some banana.
Then I decided the banana flavor would overwhelm the peaches.
I decided to make peach bread with almond and cinnamon.
Then I got distracted by the River Monsters marathon on the Discovery channel. ***Please tell me I am not the only woman who loves watching that show.***
I then remembered my peach bread project, oh yeah. I forgot.
Here is the finished product.
Don’t make it. It didn’t taste good. Mostly because I forgot several ingredients.
Oh, things like sugar and vanilla.
Just minor baking ingredients.
