It’s funny how the simplest recipes can often be the tastiest. I made this spicy spaghetti side dish this week along side some grilled chicken and sauteed kale.
We could not stop eating it. The only thing I changed was adding some shaved Parmesan, and I used whole wheat pasta.
I have blogged about this recipe before but it is just so tasty I added it to the list. I usually leave out the pine-nuts (just because they are expensive).
My husband and kids gobbled this recipe up. Its so tasty. The only thing I will change the next time I make it is that I will cook the pasta separately. I didn’t like how mushy the pasta became by the end of the cooking time.
I am a sucker for kale and pasta recipes. And this one is also a winner. Very simple, filling and CHEAP.
